Cleaning

I was cleaning the toilets one morning and I was thinking about how many people hate gems and cover up with gloves and aprons to protect themselves.

I understand that some people have health issues that make this a necessary requirement, however, for most of us coming into contact with everyday gems actually helps boost our immune system.

Gems are all around us, on every surface and in the air. Gems have to be dealt with all the time, by cleaning and washing the rags that we use.

Sin is the same, it is part of every relationship and the air. We have deal with all the time. We have to fight against it, by trying our best to wipe it out, through the changing of laws and social reconstructions. However, in order to make sure that we protect ourselves we need to make sure that we stay close to God and His word.

“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:” 2 Timothy 3:16.

Challenge: May I always stay close to Jesus for protection.
