A lady I know, had a stray cat turn up at her door, just after they moved into a new house. She wasn’t sure who owned it, but it had decided that it liked her and kept coming back. A few days later she discovered that another cat had decided to visit. She was a little mystified as to why the felines were gathering around her home.
To me it seemed to be a "no brainer", animals have good instincts about people. They seem to be able to tell who is going to be nice to them even if they don’t like animals.
I also thought about how if we as Christians, if we exude the qualities of the fruits of the spirit, we will attract people. They in turn will bring others into our circle of influence. Our love for, and confidence in Christ will act as a magnet for those who are looking for answers to their problems.
"By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another." John 13:35.
Prayer: Lord, may I shine for you and bring others to you because they see your light radiating through me.
